We create partnerships!
Bringing people, businesses and organisations together to achieve shared goals for South West Wales.

At 4theRegion, we believe collaboration is the key to driving positive change. That’s why we specialise in creating and running partnerships that bring people, businesses, and organisations together to make a difference in South West Wales.
What We Do
Our role is to connect the dots. Whether it’s building networks, managing joint initiatives, or coordinating activities across sectors, we focus on making partnerships work. That means facilitating inclusive and open dialogue, building trust and keeping partners engaged. From local food initiatives to decarbonisation projects, we help turn shared ambitions into positive outcomes.

Co-Creation Partnerships for Regional Systems Change
Here are just a few examples of our work:

'It's Your County' Partnerships
Working with local partners in all four counties, to co-host participatory discussion events for residents and businesses, to strengthen local relationships and co-create resilience.
The Swansea Bay Foundation

Neath Port Talbot Innovation Exchange
A cross-sector supply-chain development initiative bringing local manufacturing, engineering and innovation businesses together share knowledge, innovate, and collaborate.
Why Partnerships Matter
Partnerships allow us to achieve more than any one organisation could alone. They foster innovation, amplify resources, and ensure everyone has a seat at the table. By working together, we can create a resilient regional economy that benefits everyone.
