About RT Training and Skills

RT Training and Skills is an Award Winning Swansea-based training provider, which started in 2021 and we have come a long way! The owner and founder is Rhian Davies. Rhian has over 16 years of experience in the Education and Training sector specialising in Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care, Adult and Children and Young People as well as the Childcare sector. We are also specialists in all First Aid Training, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, and Health and Safety. Education and Training is extremely important to us all in RT Training and Skills. We are passionate about supporting other businesses with their training and making training fun! We are supporting a number of Day Nurseries, Care Providers and Schools within Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire as well as local Charities, Jobs Growth Wales+ providers, Careers Wales and Big Ideas Wales. Our mission is to help individuals Learn, Develop and Grow!
