About RCS Wales

RCS is a self-sustaining, not-for-profit Community Interest Company which was established in 2007 to tackle unemployment and economic inactivity in Rhyl. We now operate remotely across Wales. We provide a range of integrated services aimed at supporting people to flourish in work- combining health and employment support to improve wellbeing and employability. Our cornerstone In-Work Support Service is part-funded by European Social Funding through the Welsh Government. It provides free and confidential support for employed and self-employed people with health issues that are affecting them in work. The service also provides free help for local businesses who want to take a more proactive approach to supporting and promoting employee wellbeing in work.RCS has recently celebrated a decade of achievement, with the wellbeing value of our social impact to date calculated as over £33million
