They offer one-to-one counselling at a cost far lower than the national average, making therapy accessible to more people than ever. For those most in need, they also provide free counselling places. Alongside this, they support organisations with affordable employee wellbeing services, including telephone counselling packages, group sessions, and positive mental health workshops.
