About NeuroKind Careers & Inclusion CIC

NeuroKind Careers & Inclusion CIC is a neurodivergent‑led organisation supporting autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and otherwise neurodivergent adults across Swansea and the wider region. We provide accessible employability coaching, sensory‑safe wellbeing support and community programmes designed to reduce overwhelm, build confidence and remove barriers to work and participation. Our services are co‑designed with neurodivergent people to ensure they reflect lived experience, local need and the realities of navigating workplaces, public services and community life. We are committed to strengthening regional inclusion by offering predictable, affirming support that helps neurodivergent adults thrive.
