About Low Carbon Swansea Bay

Low Carbon Swansea Bay (LCSB) is a network of public, private and voluntary organisations in South West Wales working together to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs through sharing knowledge and good practice. LCSB members benefit from a programme of quarterly training and networking events, additional site visits and access to comprehensive web-based resources.
