Flyers & Graphics
This is where you’ll find shareable social media graphics and PDF flyers that you can use and share. We rely on your active involvement in sharing and promoting this event with your networks, and we can promote your business or organisation far and wide – if you give us the content we need to do so!

Please send us a short video clip highlighting your involvement in the event, so we can share it with our networks!
What works well?

Set-Up and Logistics
Setup Times
You’re welcome to set up either the day before or early on the morning of the event:
Wednesday 12th November:
4pm – 6pm (optional early setup)Thursday 13th November:
7.30am – 9am (final setup window)
Please make sure your stand is ready by 9am so you can join us for the Opening Session in the main auditorium from 9:30am – 11am.
The Exhibition Hall opens to visitors at 11am.
Access & Arrival
Enter via the Stage Door, accessed from the Arena Car Park (behind the building).
Please do not use the main public entrance for setup.You’ll be met by a 4theRegion team member who can direct you to your stand.
Parking Information 🅿️
Arena Car Park: £25 for all-day parking (closest option).
St. David’s Car Park (opposite Arena): £5 for a full day (recommended).
City Gates / Wind Street NCP Car Park: £12 for the day.
If you’re unloading heavy items, please unload at the Stage Door first, then move your car to one of the nearby car parks.
End of Day
The exhibition closes at 5:00pm.
Please don’t start packing away before this time, it’s demoralising for visitors and other exhibitors.
Your Stand
Table-Only Spaces (2m)
1 trestle table + 2 chairs
No booth or shell scheme provided
Please bring your own tablecloth and any display materials.
2x2m or 3x2m Shell Scheme Booths
White panel shell scheme with fascia board
Power, lighting, table and chairs included
Graphics can be attached using Velcro hook tape

2x2m: H 2400mm × W 1980mm × D 1980mm
3x2m: H 2400mm × W 2980mm × D 1980mm

Power & Equipment ⚡
All 2x2m and 3x2m booths include one standard power socket.
If you require a TV screen or additional tech, contact Total Sound Solutions (01792 428181).
Please ensure any electrical equipment you bring is PAT-tested and safe for use.
If you are bringing machines or equipment (eg TVs, computers) please download and return the Power Request form for Swansea Arena:
